Each year, we are humbled by the incredible generosity and dedication of our supporters. Our Annual Reports serve as a testament to the powerful impact we can achieve when we work together. Within these pages, you’ll discover highlights of our key initiatives, the stories of those we’ve served, and a clear picture of our financial responsibility. Thank you for helping us continue to be a community center that cultivates the free exchange of ideas and makes accessible LGBTQIA+ materials for education and inspiration. 2024 Quatrefoil Annual Report

November 15th, 2025

2024 was a year of expanding capacity. In the past year, the Library has focused on strengthening its internal structures and processes. A newly created Cross-Committee Meeting now supports collaboration across the committees. The Library finalized a commitment of having 50% or more of its board be composed of members who are BIPOC, Trans or Gender Nonbinary.

In addition, the executive committee approved and supported re-establishing the operations committee to manage the facilities needs of the Library and lead various projects to make improvements to the physical space in collaboration with other committees.

By curating the experience for our volunteers and our patrons in this way, we hope to create a more welcoming and inclusive experience in the Library space that facilitates connections to our stories, our history, and our neighbors.

2023 Quatrefoil Annual Report

November 15th, 2024

2023 brought the beginning of a return to a new normal to Quatrefoil Library. With the lifting of the COVID Pandemic Emergency mandate, and the accessibility to vaccines, Quatrefoil Library resumed its in person programming. Hundreds of community members returned to our space or visited the library for the first time, and a new generation of volunteers began to emerge at the library.

We are grateful to everyone who checked out books, attended events, and volunteered their time at the Library over the past year. As you view the stories and numbers shared in this report, you will see that we are guided by the passions of our community.

2022 Quatrefoil Annual Report

2022 was a momentous year for us. We continued to emerge from our COVID shutdown, with highlights including numerous events and our launch of free e-books and audiobooks. This year has started out strong, with a series of poetry events, growing partnerships with other organizations, and planning for participation in various Pride Fests. Here’s to a continued year of community events and planning for our future.

After a challenging but reinvigorating year, the board of Quatrefoil Library pauses to take a look back and to express its gratitude for the unfailing support of so many people.

Thank you to all our donors and volunteers for showing how much you value the library, its place in the LGBTQ+ community and its unique mission to serve as a crossroads for the free exchange of ideas.
