Join Quatrefoil Library and the Twin Cities Pride Cultural Arts Center for a collaborative event where you can donate and/or acquire free gender affirming clothing!
We will have attire in all sizes for all presentations available, and we welcome clothing and accessory donations in new or slightly used condition.
Whether you’re exploring your identity or simply need a safe place to find workplace clothing that feels right for you, this event is for you!
This is the second event in Quatrefoil Library’s Investing in Us Event Series. The Twin Cities Pride Cultural Arts Center is the host of The Rainbow Wardrobe: a community service dedicated to providing free gender-affirming care in a welcoming, private, and supportive environment. They offer a space where LGBTQ+ individuals can try on clothing that affirms their gender identity, without the discomfort or anxiety they might face in traditional retail settings.
For donations, within the wardrobe we have a few specific needs:
1. Plus-Size Femme Attire: Dresses, pants, blouses, t-shirts, all forms of clothes.
2. Small/Medium Masc clothes: Button-ups, shorts, t-shirts.
3. Socks, new undergarments for all sizes and types.
4. Large size shoes, both masc and femme.
– Femme sizes from 10+
– Masc sizes from 12+
