DESCRIPTION:Let’s bring the MNPoly community together on a monthly basis with some exercises designed to build connections. \nWe will have an ice breaker as a whole group\, then break up into groups of 4-5 to perform a team building exercise that helps us really get to know each other a bit more. We’ll scramble the groups and do a second exercise. Then\, we’ll get back together as one big group to discuss what might change for next time.
